Annual Trip To Anywhere

Our 13th anniversary party is over and the trip for two to anywhere in the world was won by  Sgt. Marcie Crosby (MDPD), wife of  region Second VP Glenn Crosby.
 
Larry Sharoff ( MDPD retired) won the 50-50 drawing walking away with $202 and Ed Hurtado (MDPD-ret) won $100 for selling the most raffle tickets (255). 
 
110 members and guests were on hand for the party.  More details and photos will appear in our August newsletter.

Region 43 South Florida

As of September 1st, 2003, membership was 549 of which 69% are active duty from over 47 local, state and federal agencies. Each agency has an IPA representative and an IPA column is printed every month in the PBA union newspaper which has a circulation of over 7,000.  With 129 visitors to the Region in 2003, its probably one of the busiest. Two groups, from Germany and Spain, participated in Police Week  activities.
