To our Region 4 members:
When you wish to travel and enlist the services of the IPA in your destination, you must follow the IPA Travel Procedures
Download an IPA Travel Request Form here
Complete and sign your travel request form.
Email it to IPA4Chicago@gmail.com
along with a copy of your IPA ID Card. Our Secretary/Treasurer
will verify that you are a member in good standing and will
forward the approved form, and ID card, to the appropriate
Associate Secretary for the country(ies) where you are traveling.
The amount of advance planning required (6 weeks) varies among the countries, and in certain circumstances could be less. The Associate Secretary for each country may be able to provide this direction to you.
