International Police Association

The International Police Association (IPA) is a non-profit worldwide organization whose membership consists solely of active and retired law enforcement personnel. Our organization is not connected with or influenced by any union, police or governmental agency or any outside interests. The IPA promotes global and cultural friendship among peace officers, with an emphasis on friendship. It creates opportunities for members and their families who wish to travel in the U.S. or the world, as well as opportunities closer to home to meet and socialize with visiting officers from around the world. It offers national and international organized activities and educational opportunities to members and their families. IPA membership includes over 400,000 officers in 61 nations. The U.S. Section has approximately 10,000 members. Region 4 includes Chicago, Northern Illinois, Iowa, and Nebraska.

Join a Region 4 Meeting!
Region 4 holds its monthly meetings at great restaurants around the Chicago metropolitan area. These are affordable restaurants with cultural or architectural appeal, an IPA member country affiliation, or just their own uniqueness. Region 4 invites prospective members and friends to join any of our meetings. Our meetings are family friendly events where one can engage in the lively art of conversation.
