Region Officers

Burt Quick - President

Burt became a San Diego County Deputy Sheriff, October, 1968, he served in Patrol, Investigative Divisions. Presently, he is the Commander in Charge of the San Diego County Sheriff's Canine Unit. Burt has been a member of IPA since 1981 and has been the Chair of Region 23 since it's inception.

Sam Stacey- 1st Vice President - Activities Chairman

Sam is a retired U.S. Customs Agent.

Alex Behr- 2nd Vice President - Region Hosting Chairman

Alex is a retired veteran of 20 years with the Nassau County New York Police Department. He currently works for the San Diego County Planning Department. Alex joined IPA in 1971.
