The Association is controlled in each member country by a National Executive Council, which in turn is answerable to an International Executive Council, on which serve properly elected delegates representing such countries. 

Countries are divided into Regions for administrative purposes.  In the U.S.A.  each Region has an Elected Executive Board consisting of a Chairman (or president), Vice Chairman (or vice presidents), Secretary, and Treasurer.  Each Region also has a National Executive Council Representative that represents the Region at National Meetings.
