8/07 From Gerald W. Colbert's trip to Germany

These two photos were taken on the afternoon of Tuesday, 14 August 2007 in the Village of Haseldorf located in the Schleswig Holstein Area of Northern Germany. In the photos are Gerald W. Colbert - Member IPA-USA-Region 11 and the Chief of Police of Haseldorf, Michael Beutel. Michael is the Past President of the IPA Pinneberg Section of Northern Germany. We exchanged IPA Gifts and Michael took me on a tour of the area.The estate we are standing in front of belongs to a German Prince who is a relative of the late Kaiser Wilhelm.

On August 31 there will be a Classical Music Concert at the home of the Prince and I have been invited to attend as the Guest of the Prince. I will join other International Guests of the Prince. The Prince is 51 years of age.

LOCATION: Village of Haseldorf in the Schleswig-Holstein Area of Northern Germany.

On Friday evening, 31 August 2007 I attended a Concert in the Village of Haseldorf, Germany as the Guest of
Prince and Princess Udo von Corolath. Prince von Corolath is a descendent of Kaiser Wilhelm. I was introduced to the Prince and Princess by Michael Buetel, Chief of the Haseldorf Police Dept. and longtime IPA-German Section Member. Following this wonderful concert I was invited by the Prince and Princess to Dine with them and other VIP International Guests at their Castle. I have enclosed some photos of Prince and Princess von Corolath and myself taken last night before and following the Concert.
